How to Upload Your Label Artwork

To make ordering your custom labels fast and hassle-free, LabelSwift allows you to upload your artwork right inside the price configuration tool on each product page. This ensures your artwork is connected directly to your exact size, material, and finish selections and prevents delays during proofing.

Below is a simple guide to help you get your files ready and uploaded correctly.

1. Prepare Your Artwork File

Before uploading, please make sure your artwork meets our production requirements:

Accepted File Types

  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai)

  • Press-ready PDF (.pdf)

  • Adobe Photoshop (.psd)

  • EPS (.eps)

  • High-resolution TIFF (.tif)

Resolution

  • 300–800 DPI at final print size

  • Vector artwork preferred whenever possible

  • For extremely large art files (150MB+), we can provide an alternate upload link

5. Common Questions

Can I upload multiple files?
